* If the patient has an open draining wound it should be frequently assessed and covered by an appropriate dressing.

* The Sene-skin Shield may remain in place for 12 to 24 hours

* If incontinence is prsent change PRN.

* The Sene-Skin Shield Pad is to be placed lubricated side up against the skin and can be used on any part of the body.

* The Sene Skin Shield Pad can be used as a protective padding for any skin to skin contact positioning problem ( between legs or any other body parts).

* If skin condition persists contact a physician.
